1. Return & Refund Eligibility
- Custom engraved items (including logos, text, and branding) are non-refundable unless there is a severe defect or an engraving error caused by Thunderville.
- If an order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, we will correct the issue at no additional cost or void charges as needed.
- Bulk orders cannot be returned or refunded due to changes of mind, ordering errors, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork, logos, and engraving details are correct before production.
- Thunderville Laser Shop is not responsible for errors in customer-provided files, spelling mistakes, or incorrect order details.
3. Reporting Issues & Defects
- Any issues with your order must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- To report a defect, contact us via our contact form with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
4. Replacement & Resolution Process
- If a defect or engraving error is verified, we will offer a replacement of the affected items or a partial refund based on the nature of the issue.
- Returns may be required in some cases, at our discretion. If a return is requested, return shipping costs will be covered by Thunderville for verified defects.
