At Thunderville Laser Shop, we strive to provide high-quality custom laser-engraved products that meet your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility
- Any custom engraved items, such as an items with a name, logo, or date, etc. is NOT eligible under this policy unless there is a severe defect or error on our part, and/or;
- Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, and/or;
- Eligible items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
2. Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact us using our contact form along with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to defects or damage, please contact us at admin@thunderville.com with your order number and details about the product. We will send you a replacement once the defective item is received and inspected.
