For example, correct name spelling, etc. Forgetting, sending the wrong item/file/graphic, or over consumption of mind-altering substances, such as alcoholic beverages, at the time of ordering or order coordination is not a valid excuse.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. Again, accuracy is your responsibility.
